About Bluepoint Partnership

Bluepoint is a new venture of Andrew Sweeney and Howard Smith who are founders and now non-executive directors of retirement and aged care group Greengate and prior to that, executives with Lend Lease. Bluepoint has been formed to provide advice, planning, commercial and financial structuring and oversee the execution of new multi-use urban communities in Australia’s metropolitan cities. Our plan is to work with institutional land owners and wealth funds seeking to not only create and release value from their valuable land, but also to create sustainable communities comprising education, a range of accommodation forms and community based infrastructure. In seeking to establish inclusive and innovative communities we seek to address the many demands of our modern cities including: > Education: childcare primary, secondary and tertiary > Accommodation: a range of forms including community (affordable / key worker), rental, student, seniors and strata, > Health & Aged Care > Workplace settings for small business and entrepreneurial startups in CBD Fringe, > Convenience Retailing including supermarket, food retailing, fitness and wellness > Community infrastructure including open space, library, community meeting spaces Andrew and Howard’s specialist skills are in conceiving a community vision, bringing together multiple users in an urban setting through integrated forms to provide sustainable communities.
