BlueRecruit suite of products; BlueCareer, BlueRecruit, and Booker, provide a complete workforce development solution for the skilled trades industry in an easy-to-use integrated system. BlueCareer is our skilled trade exploration and training platform. BlueCareer is used by trade schools, state workforce development offices, the Department of Defense, and public libraries to expose young people and career changers to the trades. Over 150 trades are supported on the platform. Job seekers can conduct personality assessments, learn about trades, view real-time data, conduct training, explore additional training options and scholarships, begin an apprenticeship, and connect with employers via BlueRecruit. BlueRecruit is a direct hire marketplace for the skilled trade industry. BlueRecruit does not require resumes or job posts, but instead focuses on the skills, certifications, and licenses that matter in the trades. Employers can search for talent by selecting the exact requirements their jobs have, and send Job Seekers connection requests via text, email, and in the app. BlueRecruit is a live platform, with tens of thousands of daily Job Seekers seeking employment across the US and Canada. Booker is used by trade schools, workforce development organizations, correctional facilities, and public libraries as a way to invite Job Seekers to BlueRecruit, verify their employment, and then track their career growth. Booker allows organizations to directly measure the effectiveness of their programs, and receive verified employment for each Job Seeker. Verification meets the requirements of all major academic accreditors, Dept of Education, and Dept of Labor. Organizations can include a link on their public website or any marketing material of their choice that allows employers to find and connect with their Job Seekers in real time.
