We are a business improvement consultancy specialising in Lean and Six Sigma training and advisory services for both Large Organisations and SMEs, within the private sector, and also the public sector. Our service proposition is focused around two key elements. Firstly, we train, coach and mentor organisations in Lean and / or Six Sigma. Secondly, we offer our advisory services to enable client organisations to improve their operational performance and quality standards, to achieve shorter lead times for customer delivery, and we support our clients in reducing controllable OPEX via the application of Lean Six Sigma.
