At 21 years old, in 2023 I set out to do something most people didn’t understand: help teenage boys feel seen, heard, and inspired again. Blues & Greens isn’t just a mentoring program, it’s a movement, a community, a place where no teenage feels alone. Born in Perth, now growing across Australia, we match teenage boys with young, real-world mentors, the kind of big brothers we wish we had growing up. Our focus is connection over correction. Because boys don’t need more rules. They need role models. We work 1-on-1 with families and partner with schools to help boys build confidence, emotional intelligence, and purpose. No worksheets. No lectures. Just real conversations, real relationships, and real change. We’ve helped hundreds of boys turn things around, from disengaged and overwhelmed, to driven and alive. But this is just the beginning. Our vision is global. Our mission is personal. 0 youth suicides in Australia. We are here to guide the next generation of young men to become happier, more confident and more driven, all whilst building the number 1 teenage mentorship program in the world.
