About BlueServ

BlueServ is a water focused 501(c)(3) that aims to train, educate and empower the next generation of water entrepreneurs, partnering with communities most challenged by water contamination. As Program Manager for the largest and most advanced wastewater treatment facilities, there were several lessons learned. Beyond failing infrastructure and source contamination, there is severe shortage of local, skilled water operators. Contaminated water is a national issue with complex causes. While some locations have source contamination or aging infrastructure, the common denominator everywhere is a shortage of skilled workers to work in the field. BlueServs impact model covers STEM programs, paid internships for high school and college aged students and finally retrains adults to become certified water operators.
