Our patents portfolio now contains 16 patents,14 awarded patents and 2 pending applications representing the most complete beacon technology intellectual property portfolio that goes back to 2005. This is way before the introduction of the Ibeacon by Apple in 2013 (in fact, even before Apple introduced the iPhone); and almost 10 years before Google’s and Samsung’s introduction of their own versions of beacons. With more than 300 award claims covering the beacon’s and LBS technology field and continuing allowance of our pending applications, our portfolio represents the key element needed by any company intending to join and dominate this huge emerging market. Over the years (from year 2005) we approached many companies with our innovative ideas. We introduced our beacon technology and provided our insights regarding the future implementation of the beacon technology and also provided notifications about our patents.
