Our mission is to be the premier real estate and vacation rental company in the Southern Outer Banks by providing the best service to families who vacation, live, and invest here all while making a positive contribution to our community. Bluewater Associates of Emerald Isle, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Sherrell Futral and Woody Warren and is locally owned with offices strategically located in both Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach in beautiful Carteret County on the Southern Outer Banks of North Carolina. We take pride in being a full-service Real Estate and Vacation Rental company. The Bluewater Vacation Rentals firm includes our Vacation and Annual Property Management Division along with linens, housekeeping, maintenance, and our pool and spa departments which employ over 100 professionals. Making us one of the largest employers in Carteret County. The Bluewater Real Estate sales department is under the direction of Woody Warren, Owner, and fellow Brokers-in Charge, Pat Copeland and Cathy Sheaffer. Our 50+ highly trained, dedicated, and hard-working real estate professionals are a top producing real estate sales team annually year over year, based on data from the Crystal Coast Multiple Listing Service.
