Cardinal-Aviation is implementing and developing a Seaplane Air/Taxi services in Bali, Indonesia. Seaplane flying season is very short in Eastern Canada however Seaplane flying is all year round in Indonesia. Market factors favor inauguration of a new air/water taxi service to meet the demand for additional, higher quality passage and cargo service linking all of Bali and its numerous surrounding islands with the rapidly expanding markets of tourism industry. BlueWater-Seaplanes will base its business and marketing strategies on achieving high and profitable, load factors through absorption of unmet demand in three key air/water-traffic categories: un-served and under-served routes on which high unmet demand currently exists or can be readily developed: serving key niche markets where demand is either unmet or poorly served; and meeting peak traffic demands on certain key regional, seasonal and variable routes where very high load factors can be predicted despite existing but lower-quality water transportation competition, or where water transportation competition cannot meet the demand.
