BMW Financial Services NA, LLC (BMW FS) opened its doors in Columbus, Ohio as a Customer Services Center in 1993 to support the sales and marketing of BMW products in the United States. Since then, BMW FS has expanded beyond the leasing, retail, and commercial financing to offer a broad variety of products tailored for BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. These products range from unique mobile apps to insurance and warranty products, enhancing the ownership experience. BMW FS also provides financing to BMW Group dealers, expanding dealership capabilities and enhancing overall operations. BMW FS operates out of three locations across the United States: Columbus, Ohio; Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey; and our subsidiary, BMW Bank of North America, in Salt Lake City, Utah. BMW Bank of North America is a state-chartered industrial bank created to broaden the array of financial services products the BMW Group can offer to its customers and dealers. Chartered in 1999, BMW Bank has since grown close to 12 billion in assets comprised primarily of an automotive portfolio and a small investment portfolio.
