BNP Consulting Limited is an independent Danish IT and management consultancy. BNP provides impartial advice on: - The selection of Content Management Systems and Enterprise Portals - Planning of Knowledge Management projects BNP was the first consulting company in Denmark to focus specifically on impartial CMS and Portal advice. BNP started to analyse the products on this specific market more than 8 years ago and have since then helped a long list of companies in choosing the right CMS. In general the focus at BNP tends to be on the requirements of large companies, such as LEGO Company and Tetra Pak as well as public organisations, for example The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and The Danish Parliament. Here it acts as a strategic advisor, yet medium-size organisations commands attention too. The major difference from most of our competitors is the independent consulting role of BNP. Impartiality prevails because BNP always works independently in its consultative role. BNP is not obliged to recommend any specific vendors of IT solutions. BNP can therefore offer true impartial consulting and analysis with focus solely on the actual needs of clients. Most companies which offer similar services are full-service agencies. They are rarely able to offer the same kind of impartial analysis of their clients` needs. The reason is the occurrence of a conflict of interests when the same company is in charge of both the pre-analysis of its clients` needs and the implementation of the final web-solution. This can often be an expensive experience for the client and is not an ideal situation in the long run. In other words: BNP are "the IT lawyers" of its clients through the process of choosing the right system and solution. Our most common projects consists of making a technical evaluation of the existing IT set up and then formulate requirement specifications for future solutions.
