The BNQ Group is a single family office focused on real estate-backed investment in Canada and the US. Our investments cover both equity and debt to strategically grow our portfolio. BNQ Capital - our debt team focuses on balancing allocation between residential and commercial mortgages. We are open to partner with other family offices, financial institutions and high net worth individuals on larger deals. BNQ Financial - our debt origination platform, a fully licensed mortgage brokerage in Ontario. Our team of mortgage/loan originators work with borrowers to determine their borrowing needs and assess their credit worthiness. Our in-house underwriting team works on underwriting, credit scoring and risk adjudicating the deals against our lending parameters and our lending partners parameters.
