About BOARDynamics
We believe that all boards and decision making groups want to do a great job, but sometimes just don’t have agreement and understanding of their purpose, roles and goals. We survey them, study their governing documents and develop topics to discuss when we meet with them. We coach them to review and understand the impacts of their differences and then help them decide on a course of action to concur. When finished, the group has a set actionable goals with commitments and time frames for completion. This method of REVIEW (your beliefs and identify the impacts of differences), REIMAGINE (the changes that you want to make) and REALIZE (those changes) is iterative and transcends all types of boards (elected, appointed or volunteer) and business organizations.
