Boatwright Building Consultants, Inc. began operation on May 1, 1979. Initially we provided home inspections and engineering services in the greater Los Angeles area. We then expanded the areas we serve to Ventura, Riverside and Orange Counties, and occasionally San Diego County. In 1994 we opened a second office in Colorado providing service to the Denver and Colorado Springs areas. Over the years we have added commercial building inspections and several types of specialty inspections that are frequently needed for commercial transactions. In addition, our engineering services have expanded to meet the demand for due-diligence seismic evaluations of real property. Service, honesty and integrity are our company’s core values. We bring the same professionalism and attention to detail to all our work, whether evaluating an entry-level home, an expansive estate, a large commercial facility, or providing a complex analysis of a building’s seismic resilience.
