About Bobtutor

Build Our Bridges Academy (BOBA) is a registered 501c3 non-profit charity organization based in California, USA. Our organization consists of hundreds of outstanding young tutors providing online teaching in English, mathematics, programming, music and other courses to students from all around the world, including the United States, China, Thailand, Japan, South Africa, Myanmar, and Uganda. We believe that giving is receiving, and hope to build a bridge connecting families and communities around the world through furthering interactions with one another. Our tutors can actively participate in public service through the platform we provide. We seek to help them cultivate their creativity and leadership, realize their potential, serve others, and be the best they can be. We are recruiting tutors in grades 6-12 and invite parents to join us. Together, students and parents can participate in online teaching, public welfare promotion, fund raising, website maintenance and other services. By serving the community through our platform, tutors can: Practice expressing themselves through teaching English, math, programming, music and other courses. Train to improve teaching skills through the guidance of experienced tutors. Apply for the President's Volunteer Service Award. Receive youth leadership training from outstanding and experienced people. Attend university application counseling seminars (core members will receive at least four separate counseling interviews per year)
