About Boca Trainers

Hello and welcome to my website. Here you will find information about the services I offer and some basic tips and techniques for staying physically fit and maintaining a safe and healthy fitness program. I've been an IFPA (International Fitness Professionals Association) and SUA (Shape Up America) Certified Personal Trainer for more than 15 years and am passionate about helping others succeed in reaching and maintaining their fitness goals. I've trained all ages from 9 to 89 and can tailor a training program to fit your specific needs and goals. Additionally, I work closely with Licensed Physical Therapists to stay current on the latest techniques for working with clients with injuries. These are tough economic times but I hope you'll agree that your physical health isn't the place to be cutting corners.
