Biography: Bode contracting ltd are a focussed, highly motivated family contracting company established in April 2020; albeit the founding members have been working together in the industry for the last 10 years, both have well established relationships with sub-contractors & professionals alike. Working as both residential & commercial building contractors we oversee the construction of houses and apartments and also the conversion of factories, offices and other commercial projects. Experience: Company Director Daniel Bodell has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry where his career initially began as a Site Joiner and then naturally progressed into Site Management and Commercial Director roles which have given him invaluable on-site construction experience. Daniel has managed several different schemes ranging from domestic extensions, new build housing, timber frames in the early days of his career to larger commercial refurbishments and new build apartment blocks. What We Do: We excel in Project Management both pre- and post-contract, overseeing product development and determining optimal pricing to balance profit with customer & client satisfaction whilst providing management and oversight to the whole construction programme. We pride ourselves on our meticulous planning process & hands-on approach as we strongly believe that this results in sound estimates and programme accuracy, which in turn give our clients confidence and help them achieve their key project goals & expectations, thus also providing quality schemes delivered on time and within budget. We can handle all the challenges that are connected to the project and deal with several issues simultaneously that demand significant attention.
