Bodegas Alonso Gonzalez S.L. is family winery from La Rioja, Spain, dedicated to the production of high quality DoCa wines since 1982. Our focus since inception has been “Quality” over “Quantity”. We specialize in production of high quality “Young Red wines”, “Crianza (Old Red wine)”, Reserva and Gran Reservas. Our annual capacity is 180,000 liters, of which 80% is destined for Young wine, 15% for Crianza, Reserves and Large Reserves, and 5% for Rosés and Whites. The facilities are designed to achieve the highest quality throughout the process; Gently destemmed in 20,000-liter fermenters for better control, pressing is done by the pneumatic air pressure system. At present we have a warehouse with capacity for 700 barrels in an underground space where the environmental conditions are ideal for the development of the best qualities of this living being. This is where wines continue their evolution to become Crianza, Reserva and Gran Reserva. We are also equipped with a storage room in which the wine, once bottled, rests in containers of 588 bottles each, the time necessary until the wine is ready for labeling and release in the market, this time varies depending on the characteristics of each of them. the wines.
