This 14 days meditation course is designed for those who want to learn to eliminate and neutralize emotional problems of life and who are beginners, who want to make a foundation for a spiritual journey of self realization where your-self and higher-self meet. Basically it's a way of life or a part of life. Everyday spend 15 - 30 mins or an hour for keeping fit mentally, emotionally, and to enhance ability to cope with day to day hassles of modern life-style.
