Bodhi Path CIC is a community interest company dedicated to creating more inclusive, compassionate, and neurodivergent-affirming workplaces. Access to Worked funded services available We provide: Workplace coaching and consultancy Training, workshops, and staff development Public speaking and awareness-raising talks Tailored inclusion packages for organisations Community Neurodivergent Safe Space Events 1-1 Holistic Life Coaching Coaching & rehabilitative activity for ADHD and autistic adults supervised by the Probation Service Our mission is twofold: 1. To transform workplace cultures, helping organisations better support, include, and celebrate autistic and ADHD minds. 2. To give back to the community, offering free, holistic life coaching to neurodivergent individuals who would otherwise face barriers to access. Rooted in the values of mindfulness, compassion, and purposeful action, Bodhi Path CIC exists to walk alongside organisations and individuals alike creating spaces where difference is understood and potential is nurtured. We believe in real-world inclusion, not just awareness and in using coaching as a tool for both personal empowerment and systemic change.
