Welcome to Bodhi Yoga Studio Yoga is eternal and it brings balance to our lives, it helps to calm the restless mind and bring us to a point of quiet and calm in our lives. Importantly, yoga is for everyone and you needn’t be an expert or at your peak physical condition to do yoga. At Bodhi we welcome all yogis, from seasoned practitioners to complete beginners. Our safe and unique space offers 22 classes per week, regular workshops, community events, weekend retreats, and teacher training also – we are here to help you on your yoga path. Whether that is reconnecting to your practice or being introduced to the wonderful world of yoga. We offer several different styles, each chosen to help your mind and body find a sense of inner and outer balance, whilst achieving greater mobility, strength, and flexibility. Yoga is as much a workout as it is about balancing the mind body organism. As we bring stillness to the subtle body we allow the energy to flow freely, helping you to feel more in control of you and your life. Our commitment is to give you more than just a physical workout in your yoga practice. With the owners having trained at the home of yoga; Rishikesh, India. We’ve turned an urban space into a place where you can forget about the outside world and begin to connect to your truest self in a safe and nurturing environment. Each yoga class focuses on three key points – asanas (the physical postures), pranayama (your breath) and meditation (self-reflection). With the focus on helping each of our students deepen the connection to their internal self.
