About Body Control Pilates Group
Based in Bloomsbury, London we are one of the most recognised and respected Pilates brands worldwide. We offer Pilates teacher training and then more than 40 professional development courses covering studio equipment, sports and performance, special populations (pregnancy, bone health, older adult, children, hypermobility and more) and offer externally recognised qualifications. Our 1,500 member teachers live and work in more than 50 countries and we attract students from around the globe to our teacher training programmes. Body Control Pilates Founder and Director, Lynne Robinson, is well-known through both her media work and celebrity client base, as well as for her work in elite sport (including Chelsea FC, WBA, Football Association, England and Wales Cricket Board, England men's cricket team). Alongside our education programme and membership body, we offer public group classes on a face to face and online basis; offer 1:1 sessions at our London studio and we also run Body Control Pilates Central, an online subscription channel with close to 300 hours of exclusive Pilates content from leading international presenters (www.bodycontrolpilatescentral.vhx.tv)
