The Aim of BWI Group Program: • To create a culture of personal empowerment by providing wholistic tools to employees to fully engage in their lives and professional objectives with more ease and resilience. • To increase awareness of stress patterns in the body and mind. To teach employees and teams how to work with their stress patterns, so that they feel empowered to make choices toward healthier nervous system responses. • To renegotiate stuck patterns of fight/flight/freeze (stress in the body) so that common experiences of stress become less and less burdensome (physically, mentally and emotionally). • To deepen the experience of the parasympathetic response (relaxation response) so that employees can lean on this in times of overwhelm. • To encourage the parasympathetic response: so that employees and teams feel more content, present, focused and connected to themselves, their work and to others. • To give employees and teams the tools to reduce stress responses in all facets of their lives. Body Wise Insights: Self-Mastery Group Program • 8-Week Online Program with instructional videos, audios, Power Point presentations and worksheets that take employees and teams on a step by step journey to support them to re-wire your stress patterns. • Weekly 1-hour group support calls to help employees and teams integrate and refine what they have been working on. This is where you get to ask me specific questions, in a supportive and safe environment. • Lifetime access to the online program.
