BodyTech’s focus is health, correct eating, weight loss, the pursuit of feeling good about ourselves (inside and out). We want you to have and enjoy a positive experience with realistic advice and coaching, recipes and support through the good times and bad. Everyone (including us) is a work in progress. We all lead crazy and stress filled lives and eating correctly often ends up at the end of the to-do list. Unfortunately, we have to eat 3 to 4 times a day for the rest of our lives so we can’t become casual or careless with eating. When it comes to food we all have our own personal challenges and baggage BUT everyone is welcome. (We love kids and if bringing them makes it easier for you, we love it.) There is never shame, guilt or embarrassment just tons of encouragement, education, passionate coaching, good vibes and possibly good music (depending on who selected the channel).
