About Bodyworkshop
We are a small friendly gym and exercise studio -we specialise in creating exercise programmes for the individual - we like to make our clients feel part of a big family - our members have dressed up and performed at burlesque type events, raising both money for charity as well as the profile of the gym. There is a wide variety of classes available and we are always open to suggestions from our members on what they may like to see included. We offer discounts for students and the unemployed - we feel exercise should be made readily available for everyone to the point that clients who suddenly find themselves unemployed have been able to 'help out' in leu of payment. Exercise should be a part of everyone's lifestyle and here at the bodyworkshop we endeavour to find out "what makes you tick" in order that we be a part of yours ........
