Bokamoso Ba Sechaba was founded in 2019 by a group of women who had a common vision of improving the lives of children from underprivileged backgrounds, through literacy. These women identified a gap, particularly when it comes to the level of literacy amongst young children from underprivileged families and wanted to help bridge this gap. The core objective of Bokamoso Ba Sechaba, (BBS) is to help young children by developing a culture where reading is part of their lifestyle and in addition to this, provide them with mentorship, stationery, school uniform as well as bursaries in partnership with local sponsors.
