Bolton Birch is a niche practice set up in 1981 and is the longest established specialist commercial property firm in Chester. When the practice was formed the aim was to always provide our clients with a very personal level of service which remains our core value to this day. Whilst we specialise in Chester, Cheshire, North Wales and The Wirral, our property management department handles instructions further afield. Specialising in office, industrial and retail properties we are experts in the sale and letting of commercial property and in providing landlords with a full property management service allowing them to enjoy the benefits of owning commercial property as an investment but with the day to day management, rent collection and accountancy fully taken care of by our RICS accredited professionals. We also carry out rent review and lease renewal negotiations on behalf of both landlords and tenants and provide RICS compliant valuations.
