About Bolwell Corporation
Over 40 years in the business of manufacture of composite and thermoplastic products for the Heavy Transport industry. Bolwell provides the industry with cost effective local solutions through its unique combination of overseas manufacture, importing and local JIT delivery. Bolwell has an extensive composites plant in the prestigious WHA controlled Industrial Estate, Rayong, Thailand. Bolwell performs pilot production from its Melbourne plant, before working with the customer to move volume, serial production to its Thailand facility. Bolwell handles everything from project management of the transfer, tooling, design verification and supply chain. Bolwell specialised in low volume, high end, niche composite and thermoplastic parts. Industries serviced include Heavy Transport, Rolling Stock, Defence, Energy, Filtration Tanks, Residential. The range of products produced are of large scale, glass reinforced plastics (GRP, FRP) with extensive assembly of subcomponents to small intricate Vacform mouldings of various thermoplastic materials. Both facilities are ISO9001:2015 certified. The Melbourne facility is also ISO14001:2015 certified. Full Tooling Design and Production, Supply Chain, Project Management and in-field Servicing is provided.
