It shall provide new services such as cardiology, general medicine, endocrinology, neurology, and respiratory medicine and widens patient-centred services to a growing local population. The new hospital has been designed with patient experience to the fore and will be a truly sustainable and digital hospital. The new hospital will have every sustainable signature from air-to-water heat pump technology to photovoltaic solar systems. The new hospital will create 250 new high-skilled jobs and 170 additional hospital beds.
