Who is Bon Vivant AS? Bon Vivant is fully owned by master chef Silje Merethe Fossnes and is located in southern Norway, Kristiansand. Our quality products are our spine and we are proud of our Norwegian and Nordic origin. Parallel with the Norwegian origin, we take great inspiration from the professional chef’s language - French. Bon Vivant translates to “someone fond of good living”, and is a promise of what we want to offer to our customers. What is Bon Vivant AS? Pride of our culinary profession, the desire to give a qualitative boost to all of our chef colleagues all over the world and creative innovation are the key activities that we want to offer.Thus, we have developed the first antibacterial knife sheath (ABS21) to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment for all chefs all over the world. What is our goal? We also offer multiple products to save time, decrease costs and increase efficiency in your kitchen. High quality and good design play a significant role in everything we do. We want to worship the classic and traditional, but at the same time step out of the box from the traditional uniforms and cultivate the unique. We believe that in artistic professions one must promote the individual, nourish the creativity and provide opportunities for both personal- and professional growth, and cultivation of the chef's own identity and style.
