Bong is one of the UK’s leading specialist #envelope and light #packaging manufacturers. Our main production site and headquarters, based in Milton Keynes, is where we manufacture commercial envelopes predominantly for the UK Office Products market. Our manufacturing facility which spans 13,000m2, is home to 18 high-tech machines and can produce between 500–1,600 wallet and pocket envelopes every minute in a variety of sizes. Business Envelopes We produce envelopes in all shapes and sizes, from standard products to fully customised solutions. Our manufacturing capabilities enable us to produce large volumes of bespoke, branded, transactional envelopes and envelopes for machine insertion. We can print up to 4-colour Wallet and Pocket envelopes, from a small-sized 108 x 102mm to a large-sized 406 x 305mm. Bespoke Envelopes If you are looking for a bespoke envelope, our divisions based in Derby and Wimbledon are here to help. Combined, these sites can produce an impressive 350,000 envelopes per hour.
