Bono & Associates was recently named as a court appointed receiver to handle rent collection for foreclosed properties. This court appointment requires an extensive knowledge of HOA and Condo statutes along with stringent bonding requirements. As a licensed community association manager since 1990, Mike has the hands-on experience and knowledge needed to understand the challenges facing homeowner and condominium in today’s market. Mike is an experienced, professional, working with Florida-based court-appointed receivers, specializing in the management of distressed properties and companies. With a wide background as CEO in entrepreneurial ventures, Mike has collectively managed over 6,000 homes over the past 35 years in Central Florida. Mike currently manages budgets totaling over 10 million dollars. I
