About Booe Realty Vacation Rentals
Booe Realty, a Myrtle Beach icon, has been in business since opening its doors in 1971. One of Myrtle Beach’s first real estate companies originally started out as a real estate sales company along with just a few rentals. Booe Realty was founded by Bob and Maggie Booe. Over the years the company grew in the vacation rental market. In 1995 the company which had approximately 78 rentals was purchased by Miller Hawkins. Since 1995 Hawkins has grown the company to an inventory of over 500 vacation and annual rentals. Since 1995, the Booe Crew (as Hawkins likes to call his staff) prides itself on going that extra mile for our guests. We want to make sure that every guest has an enjoyable vacation that will create family memories for a lifetime. When a homeowner comes on board with his/her property, we treat their property as if it were our own. This philosophy has contributed to the increase in rental properties over the last decade. From the first time a guest calls us for a potential Myrtle Beach vacation until they check out on their way home, we make that guest feel special and let them know that if there is anything we can do to make their vacation better… just ask. We can’t change the weather, but there are a lot of things we can do if called upon. Our biggest form of business each year is the repeat customer. That says a lot about our company. We have guests that have been staying with us for decades. Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand area has always been a special place. Over the decades, Myrtle Beach has seen many new attractions arrive. Today Myrtle Beach has over 1500 restaurants, over 100 golf courses, many miniature golf courses, theaters, theme parks, shows and many family entertainment attractions to satisfy every member of the family regardless of age.
