With flexible and friendly staff, Boogles provides a professional book keeping service to small businesses either in-house on site or collect and return. The service is designed to be timely, as and when it's needed, helping clients to be more productive and able to focus on their business whilst their books are taken care of. Boogles can help with other back office processes. So as well as bookkeeping, they also offer a secretarial and note taking and typing service, and a telephone answering service. Boogles can answer the phones 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We are partners with various software companies. We have online training courses on over 30 different accounting systems, as well as being able to provide 1-2-1 training (live online with screen-sharing or on-site). We do a lot of trouble shooting. So if your system isn't quite doing what you'd expect it to - contact us because often its in the set up. And sometimes, there are just more efficient ways of doing things. We are certified Pro Advisors for Quickbooks Online (silver partners) and Bronze certified payroll and bookkeeping partners of Xero Accounts software. In addition, we're partners with Freeagent (free software to all Natwest Business customers), Pandle, Wave and CountingUp. We use them all. So whatever software you're on - someone in our team can use it. And as we have the 'whole of market' experience, if you want advice on what would best suit you, your needs and your budget - we can help you to make a sensible choice. And we do have an Excel Queen in residence if you hadn't committed yourself to anything and wanted to stick to spreadsheets.
