Luxury vacation rentals in the heart of South Beach We offer South Beach Resort type vacation rentals in many luxury apartment buildings illuminated at night, providing a captivating outline of what is Miami Beach's premiere urban residential address. Located on Biscayne Bay in the fashionable South Beach district of Miami Beach, on the proximity of Lincold Road and Collins Avenue, this premium location offers our guests commanding Atlantic Ocean and Bay waterfront views. A short walk to the beach and just one block off Lincoln Rd where grocery shopping, banks, pharmacies and all kind of convenience stores are located. Lincoln Rd is well known for stunning nightlife and gourmet restaurants as well. Parking is available inside all our condominiums (valet service) for just $1.00 per hour but max charge per day is $22 so it is much less than a parking meter or a city parking lot $2 per hour. The complex has its own bike rental station at main gate entrance and it is available 24 hours a day. Since parking could be difficult and is very expensive in South Beach leaving your car inside the parking garage and using a bike within South Beach is a very convenient option. Bike stations are strategically located for you to be able to return it at every point of interest. Taxi rides within South Beach are only $4 to $7 and there is a taxi line right outside the main gate. All major rentals are located within two blocks from our main lobby and some of them (Enterprise) will pick you up and take you to their office to receive your rental. Our properties offer brand new infinity pools, with waterfalls, two hot tubs, private sandy beach and BBQ areas. All pool decks provide full food and beverage services with stunning views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami's Skyline.
