BOOM says it all. We are a modern commercial real estate and property management company. The team at BOOM is squarely focused on helping you and your business with any real estate questions or puzzles you need solving. We like closing deals too of course but we are first and foremost a resource. In 2016 Todd Walsh, Jessica Deiter, and Mollie McQueen put their heads together to form BOOM Properties. All three co-founders knew there were more innovative, tech savvy approaches to help local businesses and investors find, purchase, lease and manage their real estate assets. For an industry built on stake dinners and dog and pony shows, Walsh, Deiter and McQueen weren’t convinced that was the future. They collectively felt a strong need to give smart and savvy local businesses and investors the experience, transparency and loyalty they deserve.
