About BOOM Team

BOOM’s unique, fully integrated approach sets us apart from any other health and wellness program. The BOOM Team helps each client reach their full potential with a personalized program that encompasses multiple essential domains: Mindset, Movement, Nutrition, and Recovery. Mindset: Personalized education and skill-building, tools for ongoing practice. Movement: Custom exercise selection & program design. Nutrition: Personalized fueling and hydration plan. Recovery: Custom recovery program with instructional resources for ongoing practice. Our team of coaches work together across different sectors to develop a program designed specifically to meet every client’s needs, and then deliver that program in customized sessions either in-person or virtually. In-person sessions (currently offered in Boston, Los Angeles, and San Diego) can be held at a client’s home, private club, place of work, or wherever is most convenient. BOOM’s integrated approach is fully customized for each individual client, but our team of coaches can also curate customized offerings for private clubs, teams, and corporate partners.
