About Boomer Policy Group

76 million babies were born in the United States between 1946 and 1964. The Boomer Policy Group believes that policies enabling the increased productivity of baby boomers will have a significant positive effect on society as a whole and is clearly in the public interest. We want to start a dialogue with baby boomers, their employers, and the federal government to create programs that leverage the value of the active baby boomer in the workplace. Additionally, the Boomer Policy Group's objectives is to quantify and forecast this effect in terms that can be used to justify a paradigm shift in public policy and laws governing the workforce.
