Booth & Associates P.C. focuses on legal and legislative areas involving surface water and groundwater supplies, water rates and contracts, water permitting and property rights in water, and environmental issues that include wastewater, waste management and materials management. Since 1989, we have represented diverse clients throughout the state — public and quasi-public bodies, international corporations, land and water rights owners, agricultural and aquacultural interests, trade associations, and individuals — in matters that frequently involve novel legal issues and important questions of public policy.
