I'm Lisa Driver, founder of Booyah Vitality and a naturopathic nutritional therapist. Booyah Vitality is a small batch, craft-drinks company from Hastings. Our drinks include a range of delicious Raw kombucha, Turmeric Shots and Dandelion Coffee. The difference with our premium kombucha is that it’s raw and unpasteurised, and because it retains all the healthy bacteria, organic acids and antioxidants that boost immunity, it packs a probiotic punch that you won’t find in supermarket brands. I started Booyah Vitality, with my husband, daughter and son(who was in Australia at the time) at the beginning of 2020 just before the first National lockdown. Health is now at the forefront of most peoples’ minds because of COVID and we’re on a mission to help people stay healthy. By consuming more nutrients you can boost your immune system as a part of a balanced diet and lifestyle. All our drinks also help support the liver during detoxification and improve gut health. Dandelion Coffee is a delicious caffeine-free alternative to coffee and a natural diuretic and prebiotic, turmeric helps renew liver cells and kombucha is a powerful antioxidant that can kill off free radicals which may damage liver cells. ‘Health’ is an optimal state of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Body, mind, emotions, social factors and environment, all determine human health. My Passion is the effect of food on the body. Food can change health for the better or for the worse.
