BCA’s goals are: • To educate local, national and international stakeholders about border realities, issues and opportunities. • Provide a positive, fact-based influence on the formation of border related public policy to improve the social and economic vitality of our border communities. • Work with our partner in Sonora, Mexico, the Fundación del Empresariado Sonorense A.C.
