About Borough Kitchen

Our Cook Shops cater to the urban chef to provide everything needed for at-home entertaining - from the kitchen to the table. Our passion is around finding the best tools for the job from around the globe, with a focus on quality, functionality and durability. We tightly edit the range to offer the Best of the Best and, where there is a high-quality value alternative, the Best of Value. We are known for rigorously testing and selecting the best products in each category. We opened our first shop at Borough Market in September 2013 and our second shop in Hampstead in May 2015. We launched our first Cook School in Hampstead in October 2015 and then relaunched our online store boroughkitchen.com in November 2015. In April 2016 we opened a Chiswick shop and Cook School in London, W4. Our flagship store in Islington Square opened in October 2020 and features our most comprehensive range of products and our largest, most central Cook School. All three of our Cook Schools are powered by Gaggenau's top-of-the-range kitchen equipment. We cater to the urban at-home chef to provide everything that's needed for entertaining, from the kitchen to the table. It's about a shared passion for cooking and eating together - whether having friends around for a Friday night supper or family around for a Sunday roast. We all share a passion for food and hosting and are always looking to welcome like-minded people to our team.
