Owner Vincent J. Borrelli started working in the steel construction industry as a draftsman in 1979 for Paull Enginerering/P-K Industries, Inc. a local engineering and structural steel brokerage firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. From 1979 to 1992 his experience grew working as draftsman, estimator, project manager and eventually Vice President of the company until it was time to venture out on his own. In 1992, Vincent J. Borrelli, Inc. was incorporated. Originally a broker of structural steel fabrication and erection services operating out of Berlin, New Jersey. Vincent J. Borrelli, Inc. served the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware area. Over the years the company grew to become a reliable source in the steel construction industry by completing many significant projects for both owners and general contractors on time and on budget. In 1994 in an effort to expand our customer base, and diversify our services, we became an “Authorized Builder” for Ceco Building Systems, a leading pre-engineered metal building manufacturer. During this relationship we have been recognized by Ceco Building Systems as one of the leading builders in the tri-state area. As part of our continuing growth and determination to better serve our customers it was time to invest in the future once again. In 2005 we designed and constructed a new 13,500 SqFt office and steel fabrication facility located in the Vineland Industrial Park, Vineland, New Jersey. With the construction of our new facility and the transformation from steel broker to steel fabricator we used this opportunity to restructure and rename the company to what it is known as today. In 2007, we designed and constructed a second building, which houses our 3,600 Sq Ft stair & rail fabrication facility. As business continued to grow, it was once again time to expand. In 2017, we designed, detailed, and constructed additions to each of our buildings, increasing our overall facility area from 13,500 Sq Ft to 22,100 Sq Ft.
