Bortolotto is a think tank architecture and interior design firm that strives to create innovative problem solving built environments that uplift the human experience. Bortolotto believes that architecture matters and that it has an enormous impact on society’s quality of life. Our goal is to uplift the individual we serve; to succeed, and to soar in the spaces we design and the process along the way. The 12 person firm believes it is their responsibility as architects, to create a built environment with awareness and consideration of the health and well-being of every human and community in mind. Their design process begins by placing the human at the centre of every design. The firms’ inspiration lies in the relationship between architecture and the human experience and it strives to deliver designs integrating architecture and Bortolotto’s Four Pillars of Architectural Uplift consisting of; artistry, wellness, connections and commitment. The firms goal is to instill human nature, civilization, and kindness through design and architecture. Bortolotto was established in 1999, with offices in Toronto and Hamilton, Canada and specializes in custom contemporary designs that searches for innovative approaches to solving problems. The firm forges bonds, builds relationships and connects with the whole team during the design process to deliver maximum project success. Bortolotto`s approach to delivering design excellence, is to produce inspiring designs, superb functionality, and ultimate spatial efficiency. Each design carefully and thoughtfully addresses the clinics needs including privacy, flow, comfort and efficiency.
