Tucked away in the heart of Manitoba's dairy belt in New Bothwell, Bothwell Cheese has been producing quality cheese since 1936. Today you can still taste the difference in cheese made with fresh, locally-produced milk. We use 100% pure Canadian milk and there are absolutely no modified milk ingredients used in the production of our cheeses. Our cheeses also do not contain any preservatives, fillers, gluten or animal rennet and all of our smoked cheeses are naturally smoked using real hickory and maple wood in our in-house smokehouse. About Our People Bothwell Cheese keeps time-honoured traditions alive by drawing on the wealth of talent and experience of its dedicated people. We respect and nurture our style of cheesemaking that has been passed down through the generations since 1936. With our team devoted to this tradition we are able to continue to produce the highest quality artisanal cheeses. Our Vision Tomorrow’s wholesome dairy products for today’s world.
