Bott and Co is a multiple award-winning specialist consumer rights solicitors firm based in Wilmslow, Cheshire with particular expertise in personal injury, flight delay claims, motor finance, cycling accidents and road accident claims. The company was founded in 2001 by David Bott, Paul Hinchliffe and Gary Froggatt, and was one of the first law firms to be granted Alternative Business Structure (ABS) status – this means non-solicitors can own law firms. The flight delay compensation department was launched in February 2013 and has since recovered over £62 million in compensation. The business is committed to delivering a high quality legal service. We put our customers at the heart of everything we do and strive to maintain ethical conduct at all times. Bott and Co employ over 150 staff, many of whom have received funding for training or career development from the company through The Bott Academy. We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), an APIL- accredited practice and a member of The Law Society.
