Our mission is simple – We strive to exceed client expectations by delivering high quality developments on time, on budget and with an unwavering commitment to safety. Founded in October 2023, BCL (Boulevard Construction Limited) was established by a team of seasoned professionals with extensive experience in all aspects of design, planning, safety and construction. Our team have years of knowledge and skills from working on mixed-use development sites from the planning stage through to practical completion. This deep-rooted experience in both traditional and modern methods of construction equip us with the ability to tackle a wide range of projects, ensuring speed, quality, and precision at every step. The Director’s of BCL formed the company as they felt no other contractor offered a truly personal service to their clients. Any clients aim is the same as BCL’s, deliver high quality schemes, on time, on budget and in a safe manner. We believe this is achieved by offering a truly personal service to each client on each project. In that we mean, each project is personally run by one of BCL’s Directors as though it were their own. BCL look to engage with clients on projects as early as possible, to give advice on design which results in cost and programme efficiency. Typical project values range from £5 to £25 and are residential-led by nature, throughout London and surrounding home counties.
