Founded by successful property and technology entrepreneur, Steve Boultbee Brooks, Boultbee LDN Capital is the product of his own requirement for an energetic and forward thinking property investment company. Steve and his fellow directors each have over 20 years of experience in the UK and European property industry and have transacted in excess of £6bn of deals through the company. Those include a diverse range of market sectors, such as: UK and Nordic shopping centres, UK offices, prime London residential and high street retail. Most recently, the team were early and active investors in the booming, East London technology sector, at a time when the rest of the UK property industry continued to struggle. This was however only the latest foray into a new market, resulting from our keen ability to identify investment growth opportunities and the energy with which we engage with a new initiative. The company has an impressive track record in managing its assets, to secure clearly defined business plan objectives. A well structured approach to financial reporting and the availability of project funding, motivates our asset managers and agents to achieve outstanding income and capital growth. Boultbee LDN Capital's typical hold period is relatively short, at between 18 and 36 months; dependent upon successful delivery of the key elements of the business plan. Through a sound, fully aligned approach to financing, we are consistently able to deliver exceptional levels of overall return for ourselves and our investors. Boultbee LDN Capital benefits from a number of long-standing and mutually rewarding joint venture investment relationships.
