Bourse Company Services was established in 1984 to provide integrated professional support and legal ancillary services to solicitors, accountants and lay clients (both corporate and personal) nationwide and overseas, and has been in business longer than many other agencies in the sector. We are one of the foremost agencies in our field, having a well deserved reputation for efficient and personal service and providing our clients with the best possible range of services available, with a focus on value for money, flexible personal service and efficiency. We specialise in Company Formations and related Corporate and Secretarial Services but also offer a comprehensive range of Company searches, Personal Local Authority searches and Environmental and Planning searches, to ensure that our clients can obtain all of their primary and ancillary services from one supplier rather than having to shop around between different agencies. We aim to build actual working relationships with our clients rather than leaving them as just a number on a database, and as a consequence many new clients come to us by recommendation of existing clients.
