About Bouwhuis Groep
De Bouwhuis Groep heeft zich vanaf het begin bezig gehouden met de aan en verkoop van vastgoed in Nederland, Duitsland en Spanje. Tevens zijn er diverse projecten ontwikkeld. Ons eerste project was eind jaren 90 Restaurant de Brugwachter aan het kanaal in Apeldoorn. Wij hebben het project House Movie gelanceerd waar woning zoekenden vanuit de stoel een virtuele toer konden maken door woningen die in de verkoop staan. I.v.m. de woning crisis is dit plan in de ijskast gezet. In Spanje IBIZA is het bijzondere vakantie project IBIZA Penthouse opgezet. In Nederland zijn er zes fondsen gelanceerd de Bouw State fondsen waar de heer Hans Wiegel een prominente positie in speelt. Binnenkort zal hier een boek over worden gepubliceerd. Na de succesvolle nieuwjaarsreceptie op het Paleis Het Loo hebben wij ons ook gericht op grotere beleggers in Nederland waar een bijzonder exclusieve groep voor op is gericht De Masters of Investment. Deze bijzondere ontwikkelingen en gebeurtenissen zijn tevens terug te lezen in het eerste boek van oprichter en eigenaar Jonald Bouwhuis "het komt vast goed". Op dit moment zijn wij bezig nieuwe locaties te ontwikkelen voor het woonconcept Edelwonen. www.edelwonen.nl
