About Bow Engineering & Development
Bow Engineering and Development, Inc. is a locally-owned and operated corporation that provides an array of Civil and Environmental Engineering services throughout all the major islands in the state of Hawaii. We have been in business since 1997, completing projects in all phases of site development, permitting, and construction. We currently have a staff of 14 individuals including eight Civil Engineers, seven of whom are licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.) in the state of Hawaii. We specialize in the following work: - Site Development and Planning - Utility Design and Analysis - Environmental Design and Permitting - Commercial/Industrial, Educational, and Government Type Projects - Project Management and Construction Management What sets our company apart from the larger Civil Engineering firms in Hawaii is that we establish personal relationships with our clients and we emphasize the importance of being responsive. We strive to communicate quickly to minimize communication issues and to help the project team be more efficient. Our staff has established a working relationship with numerous small and medium-sized engineering and architectural firms which allow us to provide a multi-disciplined design team. We have developed a pro-active and positive “can do” approach to projects. Our staff has established excellent communication and professional working relationships with State, County and Federal agencies which allow us to facilitate the processing of project reviews and approvals in order to meet or exceed the expectations of our clients.
